Dr. Galal이 2005년 5월 20일~ 23일 협진진료를 위해 푸른세상안과를 내방하였습니다.푸른세상안과는 일반 라식수술 후 발생한 부작용때문에 야간시력감소와 야간빛번짐 현상을 호소하셨던 분들의 모습이 안타까와 라식 및 웨이브프론트수술의 창시자인 Dr. Siganos & Dr. Alio 의 병원과 협진체제를 구축하여 라식 재치료 센터를 운영하고 있습니다.이를 위해 "웨이브프론트"의 창시자인 Dr. Alio가 president professor로 있는 Spain의 Alicante에 위치해 있는 Vissum eye center에서 Dr. Galal(웨이브프론트 및 라식재치료 수석전문의)이 본원 압구정센터에 내방하여, 라식후 부작용으로 고생하는 환자분들의 수차 데이터를 바탕으로 만족도 저하 원인 분석과 치료방법에 대해서 논의하였습니다.Vissum eye center는 전세계에서 양산되는 모든 라식수술장비를 갖추고 해마다 수백편이상의 라식관련논문을 학회에 발표하고 있는 세계최고의 레이저수술전문병원으로서 본원과는 지속적인 협진관계를 유지하고 있어 선진기술도입에 앞장서고 있으며, 특히 자주보기 어려운 희귀한 case의 라식부작용에 대해 서로의 경험과 노하우를 공개하고 토론하여 상호 치료방향을 상의하고 있습니다.본원에서 시행하는 라식재치료기법은 기존의 일부 병원에서 시행하는 단순한 재수술이 아닌, 보다 첨단의 기술력을 바탕으로한 "제대로된 장비"와 "제대로된 의료정보공유"로 이루어진 선진화된 기술입니다.푸른세상안과는 앞으로도 100% 만족된 결과를 얻기 위해서 노력 연구할 것입니다.- 다음은 얼마전 같이 진료한 한 환자에 대한 토론의 final result report입니다. -Our provisional diagnoses is Silent Cogan basement membrane dystrophy. conclusions: 1. There are some deep stromal opacities that we think it was there pre-op and overlooked2. The laser energy delivered was inadequately more that requested and led to hyperopic shift3. Flap reposition was not adequate and resulted in flap striae that caused lose of 2 lines of the patients BCVA4. The interface was clean and there is no further problem with it solution:1. Flap elevation and stretching should be performed by using distilled water and 7 stitched 10/0 and stitched should be removed after 10 days.2. If the flap improves in the character (less striae) then next step ( 3 months later) is refraction and custom-LASIK using Schwind Esiris laser to optimized the results3. If flap did not improved we then will discuss the surgical technique to correct this complications
